Written Wisdom: Fear

“Fear has two meanings: Forget everything and run, or face everything and rise. The choice is yours.” — Zig Ziglar.

We're all in this together. Don't be afraid. Be smart and follow the safety protocols established by the CDC.

Encourage your family and friends to do the same.

Don't think of it as being stuck at home. Try to re-frame that.

Think of it as one-on-one time with the people you love. Or, perhaps it's time you can do something you've always wanted to do like learn to knit or binge read or play games with the family or paint the kitchen.

Takeaway Truth

How we feel about a situation is up to each of us, and how our children feel about it is determined by our attitude. Teach them by example to roll with the punches because Life has a lot of them.
