What is Boxing Day?
Boxing Day, celebrated mostly by the United Kingdom and Commonwealth nations, is a holiday on
the day following Christmas Day.
I think it's the perfect day for authors and readers to celebrate that cunning little invention known as the box set, or boxed set--a collection of several novels, novellas, or short stories.
Some of these collections have many different authors so a reader can try out new stories and new authorial voices for very little money. Some box sets are a collection of works by a single author.
