It's open to traditionally published books as well as indie published.Sponsored by Houston Bay Area Chapter of Romance Writers of America, the JABBIC is a great way to draw attention to your book. The winners are posted on the HBA RWA website which draws thousands of viewers every month, but the big prize is being featured in a full-page color ad on the inside front cover of the April 2013 Romance Writers Report, the official publication of Romance Writers of America where it will be seen by the thousands of members of RWA as well as by agents and editors.
