I take a lot of photographs, and I like using different apps to give them special effects. You can do this with an app as you take the picture or in the photo editing process.Here are 3 of my favorite photo apps.

Hipstamtic is an iTunes cell phone app that's only $1.99. The pictures created with Hipstamatic can be stunning.

You can upload your Hipstamatic prints and enter contests. You can order prints online from your Hipstamatic prints, and you can shop the online store for more special effects to add to your app.
Pixlr
Pixlr.com is an online photo editor that gives your pictures that popular vintage look. This app is free. You can use it without registering, but if you register, you can save your work and templates. The photo editor gives the sepia and black and white tone to pictures and also has frames and borders like the old vintage photographs had. Very cool.
Retro Camera
