Anticipation

Scots author Samuel Smiles said, "An intense anticipation itself transforms possibility into reality."

The wedding is now less than a week away. Our daughter is nervous. Her fiance is seemingly relaxed.

Now that all the hard work is over and we've got all the wedding bills paid, I'm rather laid back and ready to unwind. (Want a growth career in a high income industry? Try anything to do with weddings!)

In fact, darling husband and I plan a week's vacation after the wedding, and I need it.

Takeaway Truth

Anticipation may make you wait, but time winds down, and, suddenly, the big day arrives. Oddly enough, then you have the sensation that it was only yesterday when you started planning the event.
